Return/Exchange Policy

Please note, our warehouse functions primarily as a dispatch center and cannot accept returns or process sales.

Damaged or Defective Items During Transit:

For damaged items, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate the process, we may request photos and/or videos of the damaged item. Faulty Items:
