Damaged or Defective Items During Transit:

For damaged items, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate the process, we may request photos and/or videos of the damaged item. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Faulty Items:

Change of Mind Returns:

Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days within Victoria, 3-5 business days within NSW, QLD, and SA, and 7-10 business days within TAS, WA, and NT.
